Are your products World Taekwondo (WT) and World Karate Federation (WKF) approved?

Yes, the majority of our professional competition gear, including uniforms and protectors, is officially recognized and approved by WT and WKF for international competition use.

How do I choose the right size for a Dobok or Karategi?

Our uniforms are generally sized by height in centimeters. We recommend checking our detailed size chart on each product page, as some fabrics may have minor shrinkage after the first wash.

What is the standard shipping time for international orders?

International shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.

Is the Electronic Scoring System (PSS) included with the protectors?

Electronic protectors (E-Body and E-Head) are sold separately. The electronic scoring transmitters and software are part of our specialized competition technical packages.
